Open Question: How should I plan my Turkey (Istanbul & Selcuk) 9 day itinerary?

Need a little help fine tuning our current Turkey itinerary. We will be staying in Selcuk for 3 days followed by 6 days in Istanbul. Will appreciate it if you can review our plan and offer some advise on things to see/not see or maybe how to organize our trip better. We ran out of ideas for the last two days - just lumped together some places we were interested in, not sure if it is feasible.
