The Birmingham Museum of Art is asking the city of Birmingham for a 99-year lease on the museum's next-door neighbor - Boutwell Auditorium. The museum's board wants to use part of the 84-year-old auditorium or land around it for additional space for exhibits and performing arts.... read more
